Haemodynamic Invasive Monitoring Advanced (HIM)

On completion of the course, the participants will be able to understand:

•  The various methods of invasive monitoring of a patient
•  How to safely set up a pressure transducer for invasive monitoring
•  The various data obtained while monitoring and how to react to them
•  Management of Shock
•  Early Goal-directed Therapy (EGDT) for Septic Shock

Hands on training in setting up a pressure transducer and in obtaining central venous access & arterial line for hemodynamic monitoring
