Basic Airway Management (BAM)

On completion of the course, the students will be able to:

•  Recognize an obstructed airway
•  Use oropharyngeal airway (OPA) & nasopharyngeal airway( NPA) devices in managing airway
•  Use bag mask for ventilation
•  Demonstrate, use of alternative airway devices, Laryngeal mask airway(LMA) & Combitube
•  Intubate a patient using Laryngoscope
