Student Testimonials
Hear from our successful graduates

The Code Management Scenarios at Red TACT were a game-changer for me. As a resident, the ‘Mega Code’ practice gave me the confidence to lead a team during a real cardiac arrest last week. The focus on closed-loop communication actually saved us from a medication error. Truly world-class training.
- Dr. Arjun Mehra, Junior Resident, Cardiology
The hands-on practice with Airway Skills was exceptional. Being able to practice with different adjuncts and learning the ‘E-C Clamp’ technique for bag-mask ventilation helped me overcome my fear of airway management. The instructors are patient, knowledgeable, and very witty!
- Priyanka Nair, Emergency Medical Technician (EMT)
As a school administrator, I wanted our staff to be prepared for anything. The CPR/AED for All Ages module was incredibly practical. The trainers made the transition between adult and infant protocols so easy to understand. We now feel much safer having an AED on campus.

No. This course is specifically designed for “laypeople.” The language is simple, and the focus is on practical, life-saving actions you can take until the ambulance arrives.
The standard course includes basics of hemorrhage control (tourniquets/wound packing). For deeper tactical training, you would look for the PHTLS-TCCC variant, but the core course covers the civilian “XABCDE” algorithm.
The certification is valid for two years. Renewal: Take the 1-day course if your card is still active. Initial: Take the 2-day course if you are a first-timer or your card has expired significantly.
The full PALS Initial Course typically runs for 2 days (approx. 16 hours), while the Update/Renewal course is usually completed in 1 day.
You must complete the AHA Precourse Self-Assessment (online). Most students spend 2–4 hours reviewing the PALS manual and practicing rhythms before showing up to ensure they pass the 70% entry threshold.
RedTACT issues AHA eCards. Once the instructor submits your successful roster, you’ll receive an email to claim your digital card—usually within 24 to 48 hours.
Yes. Because our course is AHA-certified, your BLS Provider eCard is recognized globally. This is the gold standard required for medical licensing (like USMLE, PLAB, or NMC) and employment in hospitals across the Middle East, Europe, and North America.
BLS is for basic CPR. PALS is for healthcare providers who actually manage pediatric emergencies (e.g., intubation, giving meds, or cardioversion). If you work in a PICU, ER, or Pediatrics, you need PALS.
