Curriculum & Specialisations

Comprehensive learning modules

The "Mega Code" is the culmination of all life support training. This module moves beyond individual skills and into high-fidelity, simulated scenarios where students manage a full resuscitation from the first "check for responsiveness" to either the pronouncement of death or post-ROSC care.

Airway management is a graduated skill set that moves from basic positioning to the use of advanced equipment. This module provides hands-on training to ensure that no matter the environment—be it a hospital hallway or a roadside—you can maintain the "A" in the ABCs of life support.

Administering the right medication at the right time can be the difference between a successful resuscitation and a failed one. This module covers the essential drugs used in high-stress cardiac and respiratory emergencies, focusing on dosages, indications, and the "why" behind their use.

The difference between a chaotic scene and a successful resuscitation often comes down to a single person: the Team Leader. This module focuses on the "soft skills" of crisis resource management, moving beyond clinical knowledge to master the art of directing a high-stakes medical event.

Instead of just watching a video, you will work with high-fidelity manikins that provide real-time data on your compression depth and rate. At RED TACT, we simulate real clinical environments to help you practice the stress and teamwork of a real cardiac arrest scenario, rather than just practicing in a quiet classroom.

The certification is valid for two years. Renewal: Take the 1-day course if your card is still active. Initial: Take the 2-day course if you are a first-timer or your card has expired significantly.

Don’t worry! Our instructors are committed to your success. If you struggle with the skills or the multiple-choice exam, we provide remediation on the same day. You will have the opportunity to review the material and re-test once you feel confident.

The standard provider course is 2 days (16 hours). RedTACT also offers a 1-day “Refresher” if you are already certified and within your 4-year window.

It is a mandatory online exam. You must score at least 70% and present the certificate (printed or digital) to the RedTACT instructor before the class begins. It covers ECG rhythms and pharmacology.

While the course is primarily designed for healthcare professionals (doctors, nurses, dentists, physiotherapists, and paramedics), it is open to anyone who needs or wants to learn high-quality CPR. No prior medical background is strictly required, though the curriculum is fast-paced.

Yes. The course follows a “Practice-While-Watching” (PWW) format. You will be on the floor practicing compressions, breaths, and using an AED trainer while the video guides you.
